The connection of vocational training has been carried out since 2007 as Binh Duong was entering the phase of industrial development, triggering needs for a large number of workers. Accordingly, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 10/QD-UBND dated January 04, 2007 on connecting vocational training with other provinces from 2007 to 2010 in ‘triangle’ cooperation of enterprises – Binh Duong Provincial Job Introduction Center – the partnership provinces. Thereon, labor is introduced and supplied to Binh Duong Province. In 4 years, nearly 27,000 workers from provinces and cities have been supplied to Binh Duong Province. As the plan has perfectly worked, Provincial People’s Committee issued decision to approve the plan for 2011-2015 of which, 13,000 workers have been introduced to enterprises.
In the process of implementation, Provincial Center for Job Introduction coordinated with the enterprises and partnership centers to open job transaction sessions locally. Leaders of localities of rich labor resources have been invited to visit enterprises and industrial parks in Binh Duong Province to learn about production scale, working conditions, accommodations, and income of the working people.

To keep on attracting working people to Binh Duong Province, the Provincial Center for Job Introduction, for the time to come, will connect with vocational schools in other provinces to offer highly trained workers to provincial enterprises. Thereon, the enterprises and working people are assured of benefits and income in the waves of investments into Binh Duong Province.
Nguyen Thanh Phuong, the Deputy Director of Provincial Center for Job Introduction informed that enterprises have considered the center as a bridge to other provinces. The training program created trust of the enterprises for quality labor resources of stable quantity while the working people themselves will not be influenced by labor brokers. In the meantime, they will also be offered allowances for law dissemination, accommodation, transportation and suitable job placement with stable income.

In 2015-2020, the province will enhance its dialogue with working people and employers; courses of law learning will be open to grassroots labor union officers to create harmonious, stable, and advanced labor relationship. Concurrently, the province is encouraging the enterprises to take care of material and spiritual lives of the working people for their long-term attachment to the enterprises.
