Subjects of this project are rural workers, disabled people, beneficiaries of preferential policies to people credited with serving the revolution, ethnic minorities, poor, near-poor households, families who are having recovered productive lands, female workers losing their jobs.
Expectedly, there will be vocational training of 15 occupations, like: industrial sewing, household sewing, computer hardware repairing, forklift driving, cooking, nursemaid, mushroom cultivation… After training, rural workers will be introduced to provincial companies, or may start their home-based businesses with seed capital funded by the National Fund under the national employment target program.
Vocational training for rural workers aims to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational training, job creation, increase rural worker’s incomes, contributing to the labor and economic restructuring, serving the cause of industrialization, modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
