Binh Duong Labor Confederation works with the General Federation of Trade Unions of North Korea Delegation

BEGIC - In early September, Binh Duong Labor Confederation had a working session with representatives of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, led by Mr. Kim Tong Son.
     
Mr. Vo Van Nhat, Deputy Head of External Relations division, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor accompanied the delegation. Mr. Le Thanh Nhon, Chairman of the provincial Labor Confederation and officials of the federation received the guests.

At the working session, two sides briefly introduced the socio-economic and cultural status, the organizational structure and typical activities of North Korean and Binh Duong Labor Union. Mr. Kim appreciated the achievements obtained from the outstanding and remarkable industrialization and modernization processes of Binh Duong province and Viet Nam. He emphasized on the sustainable friendly relations between Viet Nam and N. Korea and hoped in the future, the relations between two organizations will always be strengthened and developed.
 
The delegation also visited Binh Duong Textile Co., Ltd and witnessed the operation of labor union and workers’ lives.
