Particularly, the key economic indicators in 2011specified: GDP to increase by 14.5% as compared with 2010; economic structure as follows: industrial - service - agriculture with the corresponding ratio of 62.8% - 33.2% - 4%; GDP per capita is expected to reach 36.1 million; gross output of industry to increase by 20-21%; agriculture - forestry - fishery output to increase by 4, 5% - 5%; services to increase by 25-26% as compared with 2010; total retail sales of goods and turnover of services increase by 30% compared with 2010; export turnover increases by 21% compared with 2010; total revenue reaches VND 21,000 billion, total expenditures reach 7,500 billion; Foreign Direct Investment attraction: over $ 1 billion.

There are 5 social indicators as follows: Secondary schools with national standards: 58%; continue to maintain the birth rate at solid alternative; create jobs for over 44,000 workers; poverty rate decrease from 1.5 to 2% compared to the early of the year.

 

Environmental indicators includes: the percentage of rural population use clean water is 95.6%; the ratio of urban population access to safe water is 96%; the percentage of establishments causing serious environmental pollution treated 100%; the ratio of solid waste collected and treated 94%; the ratio of industrial parks operating with quality standard system of wastewater treatment is 100%; the rate of forest cover is 56.6%...

 

Adjust the development plan of some fields and aspects in order to focus on quality growth. Focus on manufacturing with high, clean and energy saving technologies; Developing supporting industries and domestic industry to replace imported products. Improve productivity, efficiency and competitiveness on the domestic and global market.

 

Reform administrative procedures; ensure complete, open and transparent procedures on investment, construction, manufacturing, import and export, ... To create a fair competition environment with better conditions for enterprises and other economic components to invest and develop; support the investor to compensate and clear sites in residential, urban and industrial projects to accelerate investment.

 

Overcome difficulties and obstacles, support and encourage enterprises to loan capital for production and business expansion. Follow up the financial, economic, market situation, international and domestic price, especially in the field of export and commodity prices to react in time, ensure effectiveness, avoid detrimental situation to manufacturing and business.
