Binh Duong PPC and the Government of East Flanders province agreed to sign the MoU on consolidating and strengthening the multifaceted relations. Initially the Parties give priority to boost economic and trade activities in areas: science and technology, logistics, agriculture that applies high-technology, etc. upon the basis of equality and mutual benefits as well as boost cooperation among knowledge centers. In the future , the Parties endeavor to establish a sustainable relation on the basis of mutual efforts in boosting socio-economic development of two localities.
