At the reception, Vice Chairman Liem reported the project’s progress which was approved by the provincial People’s Council and is waiting for the approval of the Ministry of Investment and Planning. He said this was a major project; therefore it would be preferentially funded and soon carried out.
Mr. Joris M. Janse thanked provincial leaders for paying attention to the project. He added that this was one of six biggest projects from Facility for Infrastructure Development (ORIO) in Viet Nam.
The project “Waste water collection and treatment in Di An, Thuan An and Tan Uyen Town” is expected to have a capacity of 50,000 m3/day, total investment of 40 million Euro, in which ORIO sponsored 35%.
