On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Le Thanh Cung welcomed the working trip of Oss city delegation. He briefly informed the provincial socio-economic development status recently. In the first five months of 2014, Binh Duong province attracted US$ 896 million from 58 new projects and 53 operational projects. Besides, the province finished construction of a modern infrastructure to meet the demand of investors as well as implemented incentive policies for domestic and foreign investors. He expressed hopes for receiving Oss city investors, introduced by the burgomaster to invest in hi-tech, food and pharmaceutical industry…
At the meeting, Ms. Wobine Buijs-Glaudemans expressed her thanks to provincial leaders for their hospitality. She also shared her impression on Vietnam and its people as well as the rapid development of Binh Duong province. The burgomaster made her statement that Oss City holds advantages on food industry, pharmaceutical industry, logistics and human resource training. These are factors that promote the cooperation relations between Binh Duong province and Oss city. After this visit, she would introduce the attractive investment environment of Binh Duong province to local businesses.
The host and guest also discussed many other issues in the bilateral relations of the two countries, approved by PM. Nguyen Tan Dung and the Netherlands PM. Mark Rutte at the meeting on June 16, 2014 during his official visit to Vietnam. Ms. Wobine Buijs-Glaudemans was one of the delegation members.
