
The Di An waste water drainage and treatment project is financed by the infrastructure development program (ORIO) of Netherlands with the estimated capacity of 15.000m3 per day. This project costs more than 22 million Euro (more than 652,000 billion VND), among of that more than 8 billion Euro from ODA. The project has been deployed from 2012 to 2015.
At the event, the two parties discussed and approved the plan of the project, bidder appointment and agreed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on capital grant in the phase I in mid May 2013 in Binh Duong province.
Tan Hiep Water Factory with the capacity of 60,000 m3 per day, including 02 phases of construction, each phase is constructed with the capacity of 30,000 m3 per day, capitalized 14.7 billion euro of ODA under the ORET program of Netherlands government (50% non- refundable aid) of Netherlands and reciprocal capital of Vietnam. The project was completed and is operated in January 2010 and the total capacity reaches 100%.
