Participants were member of the Party Central Committee Secretary of Provincial Mai The Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Council Chairman Vu Minh Sang, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Cung.

  

On behalf of provincial authorities, Mr. Mai The Trung had briefly informed the socio economic development and the preparation for the lunar New Year. In 2012, socio economic situation had achieved the considerable and positive results in all fields. Provincial GDP rose 12.5%; the average income per capita reached 44.2 million VND. Foreign Investment attraction continues to accelerate, over the target. The training, education, health, culture, sport and tourism had positive changes. In the occasion of Tet 2013, Binh Duong had expended 170 billion VND to prepare gifts for local underprivileged householders and social welfare beneficiaries.

  

Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan felicitated Binh Duong Party Committee, Authorities and people on their achievements, especially requested Binh Duong to implement the governmental policies, homogeneous solutions aiming to facilitate the business in order to attain the targets; mobilize the capitals focusing on priority localities; ensure the social security, welfare, maintain the security and national defense as well as integrating wide and deep into the regional and international economy.
