Daejeon Council delegation visited Binh Duong

BEGIC - December 19th, at the hall, Binh Duong People’s Council Vice - Chairwoman Tran Thi Kim Van received the Daejeon Council delegation, (South Korea). Attending this event were provincial department leaders.

At the meeting, Vice – Chairwoman Tran Thi Kim Van introduced socio-economic achievements Binh Duong attained in the previous time and information of the 8^th tenure of Binh Duong People’s Council.

Mr. Hyun Young Shim Vice – Chairman of Daejeon Council was impressive of Binh Duong success and hoped the acceleration of social, economic, cultural and educative cooperation with Binh Duong province in the coming time.

The Daejeon delegation would work in Binh Duong province for 3 days as planned.

Binh Duong province and Daejeon city were officially established their relation of cooperation from May 2005. Binh Duong People’s Council and Daejeon Council agreed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on their cooperation in October 10^th 2006. The two sides annually exchanged their delegations; moreover, youth exchanges in the fields of culture and education are successful organized.
