During his three terms in Vietnam, Consul General considerably contributed in enhancing the relation between China and Vietnam in particular and between Chinese provinces and Binh Duong province in cultural exchanges as well as in economic development.
On behalf of Binh Duong province, Chairman Le Thanh Cung appreciates Consul General’s considerable contributions in promoting the Chinese enterprises investing and exchanging in cultural and educational fields in Binh Duong province. He also expresses his best wishes to Consul General and his spouse after his working term in Vietnam.
Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City stabilized Chinese people and firms in Binh Duong to donate a total of 410 million VND for local underprivileged people. The money was contributed by 23 Chinese companies and individuals who are doing business in the province, in response to the Consul General’s appeal on the 60th anniversary (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2010) of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China and the Year of China-Vietnam Friendship 2010.
