The session will focus on evaluating the socio-economic issues in 2011 and raise the target as well as solutions to promote socio-economic development in 2012, reviewing the income and expenditure of provincial budget as well as the investment’s situation in 2011. Evaluating the tasks performance of People’s Court and People’s Procuratorate….Meanwhile, Provincial People’s Council will consider to decide some regimes, policies, and fees consist with its authority.

 

 

 

There will be 70 documents raised in which 37 documents directly delivered at the meeting, including reports and drafts. The session then will question some departments with the issues interested by deputies and voters.

 

 

 

According to Mr. Vu Minh Sang, this year-end usual session is to evaluate socio- economic situation, defense and security in 2011. This is also the first year implementation of the 11^th Provincial Party’s Congress Resolution – master plan for development in 2011-2015. Mr. Sang suggested the deputies to directly and frankly discuss on the practical issues.

 

After opening session ceremony, the working session officially started. On Dec 7, raising reports on socio-economic situation, defense and security in 2011, orientations and tasks in 2012, collection of voter’s ideas, proposals before the third session, task performance of Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee at all level in 2011, reports on implementation of provincial party’s resolution in 2011, orientations and tasks in 2012….Proposals to issue land price board 2012 in Binh Duong and adjust the fee for defense-security fund in communes, wards and towns in area.

 

 

 

The session lasts for 3 days, from Dec 7 to Dec 9, 2011.
