The Company's Trade Union was established in 2008, the number of union members participating as of June 30, 2023 is 3,290 people. The Company considers workers an important resource for the stability and development of the Company; therefore, recruitment, training, and labor management are always concerned by the Board of Directors. 100% of qualified workers in the enterprise are allowed to enter into a written contract in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. The Company always pays attention to the salary increase policy and bonus policy, creating conditions for workers to stick with the Company for a long time. In particular, 100% of workers are paid Social Insurance according to regulations.
