After 3 years of implementing emulation movements, the Provincial Confederation of Labor (COL) has directed Trade Unions at all levels to proactively innovate and promote the creative implementation of patriotic emulation movements such as: The emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with responding to the Program "75 thousand initiatives, overcoming difficulties, developing"; Program "01 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to win the Covid-19 pandemic" launched by the Viet Nam General COL. At the same time, the Provincial COL also directed Trade Unions at all levels to mobilize members and workers to carry out many projects, products, and practical tasks to welcome Trade Union Congresses at all levels, 11th Congress of Binh Duong Trade Union and moving towards the 13th Congress of Viet Nam Trade Union for the 2023-2028 tenure, with more than 26 recognized projects, products, tasks, and useful jobs. Many activities on the occasion of "Worker's Month" were held enthusiastically, the work of taking care of the workers' material and spiritual lives was always organized continuously and regularly, motivating and encouraging workers to overcome difficulties and enthusiastically emulate good workers and creative workers.

Through emulation campaigns, with the great efforts of enterprises, the initiatives, experiences, and creativity of trade union members and workers are affirmed and recognized. Specifically, the Viet Nam General COL commended 52 collectives and 340 individuals, of which 07 outstanding individuals were awarded the Nguyen Duc Canh Award; the PPC awarded 03 collectives and 04 individuals; The Provincial COL awarded Certificates of Merit to more than 750 collectives and 1,400 individuals. In particular, the PPC awarded Certificates of Merit, praised and commended 253 typical workers in the movement "Good workers, creative workers".

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan - Head of Commission for Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the contributions and congratulated the 253 typical and advanced individual workers who were recognized and commended at the conference. He affirmed that the province always appreciates and is grateful for the contributions of the worker force in each stage of the province's development. The province always has policies to care for and support workers, leaving no one behind. Currently, the province has been implementing many social housing projects for workers to have access to; From there, they can live with peace of mind and have a long-term connection with the province. In order for emulation movements of creative workers to achieve more practical results and be more widespread, Trade Unions at all levels need to have many new and creative ways to attract more attention in the coming time, showing that Binh Duong is a civilized, modern, respectful province, a place worth coming and living for everyone. In particular, regularly organizing diverse channels to receive workers' opinions in a timely manner, thereby advising the province to have more timely support policies for workers.
