The meeting listened to reports on 11 problems of enterprises related to the Departments of Finance, Planning and Investment, Transport, Construction, and Taxation.
Overview of the meeting
Accordingly, real estate enterprises face difficulties related to confirming the amount received from transferring land use rights and changing land use purposes when implementing the project that economic organizations are deducted from the land use fees and payable land rent.
Some real estate projects have difficulty getting their investment policies accepted because they do not have a land use right certificate; the land has not been allocated yet because no deposit has been made yet because there is no investment policy; asking for permission to adjust the project implementation schedule to receive an Investment Certificate; projects with decisions to adjust investment policies to supplement the business purposes of transferring land for people to build their own houses.
Regarding the land sector, there are problems in extending the land use of enterprises; as well as extending the agricultural land use period of households and individuals.

At the meeting, the Steering Committee agreed with the proposal to implement the An Dien Port project. The Steering Committee will submit to the Provincial Party Committee to ask for a policy to be approved by the Provincial People's Council.
Particularly for proposal related to the An Long Commune Rural Housing Area project, the Steering Committee agreed to maintain the alignment of Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh highway section passing through the An Long Commune Rural Housing Area. The People's Committee of Phu Giao district needs to update the above alignment in the construction area planning of Phu Giao district.

The PPC directs departments and branches to have support for enterprises in solving problems, in accordance with the progressive spirit of the government for enterprises. During the support process, it is necessary to explain clearly so that enterprises can understand and accompany the government.
As reported by the PPC, as of August 15, 2023, the province has added nearly 58,849 billion VND in domestic business registration capital, including 4,117 newly registered enterprises with a total charter capital of 31,850.5 billion VND;1,097 enterprises adjusted to increase by 33,221.9 billion VND. Accumulated as of August 15, 2023, the whole province has 63,463 domestic enterprises with a total registered capital of 689,437.3 billion VND.
Regarding foreign investment attraction, 39 newly established FDI enterprises have been registered with a registered capital of 1,361.9 billion VND; 143 enterprises have been registered to increase capital with an additional capital of 10,687.1 billion VND. Accumulated to August 15, 2023, procedures for granting and changing business registration contents on investment certificates (investment licenses) and business registration certificates have been made for 3,057 FDI enterprises with a registered capital of 330,516.7 billion VND.
