In which, focusing on propagandizing and mobilizing people to participate in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure achieved high results; propagating and implementing measures for Covid-19 prevention, combat, control and containment, mobilizing support resources to contribute to the province's Covid-19 prevention fund and support people, workers in difficult circumstances, forces on duty in medical quarantine areas and locked-down areas. Establishing volunteer squads, the Covid community groups to support the pandemic prevention and control in quarantine and lockdown areas. The government's Mass Mobilization has made positive changes, especially in continuing to reform administrative procedures, applying technology to solve problems, building manners, improving working style, raising awareness and attitude of serving the people in the direction of step by step closer to the people, close to the people, creating favorable conditions for people and enterprises.
Festivals and religious activities must be appropriate to the Covid-19 situation and comply with the provisions of the law. Ethnic minorities and parishioners actively participate in pandemic prevention and control and socio-economic development activities of the locality.

The good implementation of the Regulation on democracy at the grassroots level has contributed to promoting democracy, creating consensus among the people, organizations and enterprises, creating a legal corridor for employers and workers to well perform their rights and obligations in the labor relationship; minimizing the number of complaints, denunciations, labor disputes, strikes, and law violations by workers; building a harmonious and stable labor relationship in agencies and enterprises in the province. This result has made an important contribution to the Covid-19 prevention and control, maintaining production and business activities, ensuring social security, social order and safety, and maintaining the socio-economic growth target of Binh Duong province in 2021.
The conference discussed to determine the direction and key tasks in 2022.
