The control of vehicles transporting goods at the checkpoints is carried out in accordance with the "Interim guidance on traffic organization and pandemic control for transport by car during the Covid-19 prevention and control" promulgated together with Decision no. 1570/QD-BGTVT dated August 24, 2021 of the Ministry of Transport.

For the case after scanning the QR code, it is found that there is incomplete and inaccurate information, if the person on the vehicle presents the original valid test certificate, driver's license, valid citizen ID or ID card and has completed health declaration, the vehicle will be allowed to circulate right through the checkpoint and the person on the vehicle is asked to update the information on the software at www.luongxanh.drvn.gov.vn or Green Direction app. For the case after scanning the QR code, it is discovered that there is incomplete and inaccurate information, if the person on the vehicle cannot present the original valid test certificate or has not made a health declaration, the vehicle is guided to move into the vehicle inspection area at the checkpoint to inspect and handle according to regulations on pandemic prevention and control. If the persons on the vehicle are found to be positive for SARS-CoV-2, they will be quarantined according to regulations.
For vehicles that do not have an ID certificate or have an ID card that has expired, the control force requests and guides the vehicle to move into the vehicle inspection area at the checkpoint to inspect the information. In case the person on the vehicle presents the original valid test certificate, driver's license (for vehicle driver), valid Citizen ID card or ID card (for car attendants, staff loading and unloading goods accompanying the vehicle) and has made a health declaration, the vehicle will be allowed to circulate right through the checkpoint. In case the person on the vehicle cannot present the original valid test certificate or has not made a health declaration, it will continue to guide and handle according to regulations on pandemic prevention and control. If the persons on the vehicle are found to be positive for SARS-CoV-2, they will be quarantine according to regulations.
Persons on the vehicle transporting goods in circulation must strictly comply with 5K regulations and have a certificate of SARS-CoV-2 negative testing result for by RT-PCR method or SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test within 72 hours from the time of testing result.
