​PORTAL - Dau Tieng District People's Committee has just promulgated an Official Dispatch on the implementation of measures for Covid-19 prevention and control in the new situation.

Accordingly, continuing to implement social distancing throughout the district in accordance with Directive no. 16 of the Prime Minister from 0:00 on August 23, 2021 until further notice on the principle of family quarantined from family; residential group, residential area quarantined from residential group, residential area; quarter, hamlet quarantined from quarter, hamlet; commune, town quarantined from commune, town. All people are requested to stay at home, only going out when absolutely necessary. When leaving the house, they must wear a mask, wash their hands with soap or an antiseptic solution; not gather more than 02 people in public places, outside of offices and hospitals, and must keep a distance of at least 02 meters.

Requesting all people to voluntarily comply with pandemic prevention and control measures; actively participate in voluntary health declaration; fully implement measures to protect themselves and their families and participate responsibly in pandemic prevention and control activities of authorities and the community.

The People's Committees of communes and commune-level towns organize patrol and supervision teams, operating 24/24 to prevent crowded situations and strictly handle cases of violations of pandemic prevention and control. Especially strengthening administrative sanctions for cases where people leave their homes not in the cases specified above and without a legitimate reason.

The management of cases returning from pandemic areas to localities complies with Official Dispatch no. 6386/BYT-MT of the Ministry of Health dated August 06, 2021 on the application of pandemic prevention and control measures to people returning from Covid-19 pandemic areas. In which, it is noted that those who have not been vaccinated or have received less than 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine must take samples for SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test at the Checkpoints for pandemic prevention and control. Positive cases shall be handled according to the provisions of Official Dispatch no. 1544/SYT-NVY dated July 14, 2021 of Binh Duong Department of Health guiding the adjustment of the medical quarantine period and handling of positive test samples.

Regarding production and business activities of companies and enterprises, continuing to strictly implement the guiding documents of the Binh Duong provincial People's Committee. Enterprises that are implementing the model of "3 on the spot" or "1 road, 2 locations", continue to organize production and business activities according to the registered plan. At the same time, proceeding to develop a production plan according to the 03 green model (Green factory, green boarding house and green worker). Particularly for enterprises that have temporarily stopped operating and now need to resume operations, they must develop a specific implementation plan (according to the model of "3 on the spot" or "1 road, 2 locations" and "3 green", and send to the District People's Committee for approval before resuming operations).

At the same time, enterprises must actively coordinate with the locality to contact and mobilize boarding house owners and tenants to organize and rearrange each room and boarding house in the direction of arranging for workers who work in the same enterprise to share one room or one row of boarding house. If all conditions are met, all workers of the same factory or enterprise shall be arranged to live in the same boarding house or adjacent boarding houses; enterprises are encouraged to organize buses to transport workers from their accommodation to the workplace and to make a specific list of workers who need to be transported.

Regarding trading activities at traditional markets, mainly for small enterprises trading in essential necessities such as: Food, foodstuffs, daily necessities, etc., limiting unnecessary items; organizing to sign a commitment to strictly implement measures for Covid-19 prevention and control and the "5K" message of the Ministry of Health; giving priority to local products (meat, eggs, vegetables, tubers, fruits, etc.) to limit the transportation of fresh products from outside to the locality. Localities develop plans to reopen markets and send documents to the District People's Committee for consideration and decision. It is strictly forbidden to organize activities of spontaneous markets in the district.

Allowing the resumption of some stores and grocery stores selling essential items according to regulations. At the same time, requesting business households to strictly manage the source of goods and means of supplying goods from outside the area to the district as prescribed.

Localities continue to maintain the implementation of points of sale with price stabilization conducted by the Post Office; coordinate and create conditions for goods supply units to ensure, organize mobile sales vehicles to serve people in the area.

Allowing the resumption of bread and vermicelli production establishments; cattle and poultry slaughterhouses which are eligible for operation (ensuring the Covid-19 prevention and control plan and the "5K" message during operation).
