Regarding the application of information technology, the Department of Information and Communications is assigned to establish an electronic map that reflects the overall data such as: identifying red zone, green zone from districts to wards, communes and quarters and hamlets; test results; vaccination results; work of collection and treatment, etc. to facilitate the leadership and direction of pandemic prevention and control. At the same time, acting as a focal point together with information technology units to advise provincial leaders to direct the application of information technology in directing, managing, operating, etc. to be more effective (paying attention to orders, connecting population data, putting information axis in, etc.).
