​Accordingly, basically agreeing with the production reorganization plan of enterprises in the new situation; the Plan to build a "green zone" at traditional markets, supermarkets, commercial centers, convenience stores and ensure Covid-19 safety for mobile sales enterprises, shippers (transporting goods by 2-wheel vehicles) in Binh Duong province from September 01, 2021; the Plan to buy vaccines and the Plan to mobilize and requisition forces.

Assign Director of Industrial Zones Authority to approve production plans of enterprises in industrial parks; Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to approve the production plans of the enterprises in the industrial clusters; Chairmen of district-level People's Committees to approve production plans of enterprises outside industrial parks and clusters in the locality.

Assigning Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Mai Hung Dung, Head of Industrial Zones Authority and Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to direct the pilot implementation of the production plan, the implementation process must be specific, summarize and draw experience to deploy and replicate the model; units implementing the plan must give priority to vaccination for workers. Implementation principles: Must identify workers in the green zone, research to issue green cards to workers, lock workers in red zone.

Assinging Department of Industry and Trade to collect opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to complete the Plan to build a "green zone" at traditional markets, supermarkets, commercial centers, convenience stores and ensure Covid-19 safety for mobile sales enteprises, shippers (transporting goods by 2-wheel vehicles) in Binh Duong province from September 01, 2021. The Director of the Provincial Public Security directs to make a sample green card for implementation.

Regarding the purchase of vaccines, agreeing to continue implementing the policy of purchasing Covid-19 vaccines in the province according to Notice no. 111/TB-TU dated June 24, 2021 of the Provincial Standing Party Committee. Assinging the Party civil affairs committee to lead the Provincial People's Committee to mobilize support funds from enterprises, from the state budget, and continue to negotiate with companies and enterprises to find vaccine sources to purchase, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Regarding mobilizing and requisitioning the force of officials, civil servants and public employees to participate in pandemic prevention and control, directing each district, town and city to mobilize at least 500 youth union members and young people; provincial departments, committees and branches with at least 1,000 officials, civil servants and public employees to join the checkpoint force and volunteers (to take samples, support, etc.). At the same time, arranging and ensuring enough replacement medical force when support forces of the Central Government and the provinces complete their tasks.
