The Regulation is built according to the provisions of Decree no. 66/2020/ND-CP dated June 11, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree no. 68/2017/ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 on management and development of industrial clusters. Accordingly, stipulating principles, methods, content and responsibility for coordination among departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units performing state management of industrial clusters in Binh Duong province. The contents of state management related to industrial clusters not yet specified in this Regulation shall comply with current provisions of law.
Subjects of application are investors in the construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters; enterprises, cooperatives, units investing in construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters; public non-business units directly under the Department of Industry and Trade or the district People's Committee are assigned the task of being the investor of the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster; production and business units in the industrial clusters: Organizations and individuals investing in production and business in industrial clusters or relocating to industrial clusters; State management agencies related to industrial cluster management activities.
The Decision to promulgate this Regulation replaces Decision no. 3006/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2018 and Decision no. 602/QD-UBND dated March 04, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee.
The comment period is from August 11, 2021 to September 10, 2021.
