​Accordingly, there are 05 amended AP under the jurisdiction of the Binh Duong Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Specifically: Issuing Phytosanitary Certificate for lots of objects transported from areas infected with plant quarantine subjects; issuing Certificate of eligibility to trade in pesticides; re-issuing Certificate of eligibility to trade in pesticides; issuing Permit to transport pesticides; issuing Certificate of pesticide advertising content (under the jurisdiction of the province).

This Decision amends 05 AP in the field of Plant protection in Decision no. 2541/QD-UBND, dated September 03, 2020 of the Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee on the publication of standardized AP under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, district-level People's Committee and commune-level People's Committee.
