BEGIC - Accordingly, activities in response to the Law Day should be organized regularly and continuously throughout the year, especially in the peak month starting from October 15 to November 15, 2020.
Focusing on increasing awareness and disseminating the purpose and meaning of Vietnam Law Day. Especially, educating the awareness to comply with and obey the laws; propagating examples of good people and good deeds in building, performing and protecting the law; criticizing, fighting against law violations or social deviations.
At the same time, disseminating basic contents of newly promulgated laws, ordinances and documents that take effect in 2019 and 2020; drafts of policies and regulations of the law that directly relate to production and business activities, legal rights and benefits of people and enterprises; public opinion problems that people and society are interested in or need to orient social opinion, hot issues in society, the focus is on fields: Administrative reform; labors; investment; preventing and fighting against corruption and waste; complaints and denunciations; environmental protection; land; borders and islands, etc.
Organs, committees, agencies, unions and localities shall base on actual conditions, request for political missions and capacity of resources to direct, guide and perform the Vietnam Law Day on November 9 within organs, units and fields assigned for management and localities with appropriate contents and forms; monitor, urge and inspect the performance of the Law Day on November 9 (may refer to and use some slogans posted on the Website of Department of Justice: https://stp.binhduong.gov.vn - banner Vietnam Law Day November 9) from October 15, 2020.
The Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, the Lawyers Association, the Bar Association guide and organize in response to Vietnam Law Day November 9 to member organizations; actively mobilize members, association members, union members and people to strictly abide by and comply with the Constitution and laws; take part in building, enforcing and protecting the law and disseminating and educating the law for the people.
In the course of performance, if any difficulties or problems arise, they should be reported to the Department of Justice to combine and advise timely solutions; simultaneously, synthesize and report the performance results in the Report on law dissemination and education in 2020 and submit to the provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Justice) before November 20, 2020.
