To welcoming the visit of the Delegation, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem overall introduced the socio-economic status of Binh Duong Province. In recent years, the economy of Binh Duong has raised with the average growth of 13% per year. Currently, there are about 2.800 foreign investment projects with investment capital of 27 billion U.S dollars in the province. Particularly, in the two first months of 2016, the foreign investment attraction of Binh Duong is the highest in Vietnam. Especially, the Provincial competitiveness index of Binh Duong in 2016 is 4th in the total of 63 cities in Vietnam. The Vice Chairman of PPC emphasized that, Binh Duong and Kratie have had a friendly relationship. Both sides have held many visiting and working visits, as well as cooperating in many fields. Mr. Liem washed the Delegation would have a useful visit, work and experience in Binh Duong.
Mrs. Bon Sophi - Vice Chairwoman of Kratie province expressed the impression of the development of Binh Duong province. She said, this was the first time that the Cambodian Women's Union visited and worked with Binh Duong Province for the purpose of Peace and Development of Kratie Province. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia, and to visit, learn and exchange experiences of socio-economic development of Binh Duong province. Thereby, educate the young generation of Kratie in particular, Cambodia in general will continue to maintain and develop good relationship between Cambodia and Vietnam. Mrs. Bon Sophi expressed her gratitude for help of Binh Duong province, and at the same time hoped, on this visit, to study and exchange experiences in the Women's Union, education, communication ... of Binh Duong province to apply to the socio-economic development of Kratie province.
