As a child of Binh Duong land of determination, sentiment, and welcoming, I am usually on far-off business trips, making it impossible for me to enjoy daily life in my homeland – Binh Duong Province. By this article, from the bottom of my heart as a child of the land, I call the place by the most beloved name of a fatherland.
For me, Binh Duong Province is a part of my life and soul as it is my birthplace and I have grown up in a place of noble values. It would unforgettable for generations of precedents have fallen for peace and for brighter future of the people. The pictures of my family, of the tremendous fields enchanted by sweet scent of rice and childhood are so beautiful and unforgettable to me.

We can put it that development is based on the genuine value of life and the images of green and prosperous fields seed the brightest future on the land of Binh Duong Province. As a police officer, I am living off my home. Every time of leaving and returning makes me so aware of the close and true sentiment for a homeland of challenging time and heroism. Binh Duong Province has truly transformed on the pathway of industrialization and modernization. Binh Duong Province is known as the leading locality of modern urban, industrial, and service development. The images of the farms, the buffaloes, and the ploughshare become valuable as the foundation for glorious history of reforms. Life of hardship was replaced by the images of people of hospitality, sentiment, energetic, creativity, improved intellectual level, and enhanced living standards in truly quality live hood.
The saying “In life, the most valuable is the most normal one.” You can try to leave the binding issues of daily life behind to enjoy the peace of the land protecting its people and welcoming far-off guests.
Wherever I am and whatever I do, Binh Duong Provincial homeland is forever in my heart. If I am asked about my homeland, it would be my honor to say that I am from Binh Duong Province with trust in noble humane and traditional values as well as outstanding socio-economic development.
The great achievements of Binh Duong Province were thanks to the unity and efforts of local people agreeing with determination of all-level leading staffs. It was also thanks to the Party and political system and the significant contribution of Party members, officers, cadres, civil servants, and working people. However, to make Binh Duong Province a modern and civilized urban area, many matters must be done gradually for the time to come. Such endeavors are the diversifying and effectively using forces for urban development, gathering of investments from various economic components, international cooperation, cooperation in the major economic zone of the South, improvement of operations of urban development managerial system, and human resource training in conformity with all fields.
Application of science and technology is made to construct green urban area of clean industry while encouraging urban development researches. The roles of communities will be promoted to facilitate planning and development of projects under the approved planning.
In my opinion, the core matters for building up modern and civilized Binh Duong Province include necessarily sustainable socio-economic development, servicing the people so that they can be beneficial of civilization and modern achievements. On such basis, the people will become the central factor. The agreement and support of them in constructing highly unified local Party Committee and the society in the process of construction and development should be obtained.
Besides, the decisions and doctrine of the central government should be closely followed while potentials, advantages and forces of localities in the province should be effectively exploited with rightful selection and effective command of major matters.
The achievements of Binh Duong Province and the fundamental potentials of the culture, the people, and current infrastructure will, in my belief, enable Binh Duong Province to become a city under central governance before 2020.
