BEGIC - Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Transport on strengthening measures to prevent and control Covid-19 pandemic on passenger transport vehicles; direction of the Binh Duong provincial People's Committee on implementing Notice no. 253/TB-VPCP dated July 25, 2020 of the Government Office, the Department of Transport announces the organization of passenger transport in Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, stopping the transport activities of inter-provincial fixed passenger transport routes, the transport activities of contract vehicles, travel vehicles to/from and in Da Nang city. Case of transport activities, which do not go through Da Nang city, still operate normally.
The Department of Transport proposes transport business units in Binh Duong province to strictly implement measures to prevent and control the pandemic in the new situation which was approved by the Prime Minister in Directive no. 19/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2020, absolutely not subjective, caught off guard. Applying measures to ensure the pandemic prevention and control according to Official Dispatch no. 7234/BGTVT-CYT dated July 26, 2020 of the Ministry of Transport on passenger transport units and coach stations within a period of 15 days from 00:00 on July 28, 2020. Specifically, equipping with hand washing solution (at least 60% alcohol content), disinfectant solution, trash can with lids on every passenger transport vehicle; requiring all drivers of vehicles, waiters and passengers traveling on vehicles to always wear masks properly in the area of coach stations and on passenger transport vehicles; requiring passengers to complete compulsory electronic health declarations before boarding the vehicles, only applying paper health declarations when electronic health declarations cannot be implemented (not applicable for taxis and buses), to check the body temperature, hand sanitizer; limiting talking, eating and drinking during the trip; not spitting indiscriminately; encouraging natural ventilation on vehicles; disinfecting vehicle surfaces before and immediately after the end of the trip, during the moving process, it is necessary to disinfect regularly according to the actual situation.
During the moving process, if passengers show signs of fever, cough, shortness of breath, they need to notify the waiter or service staff on the vehicle, call the hotline of Department of Health or Ministry (phone number 1900 3228 or 1900 9095) and go to the nearest health facility for timely advice and treatment.
Continuing to deploy and disseminate various forms of contents recommended for drivers and passengers using transport vehicles, especially on public transport vehicles to know and strictly comply with the direction of the Ministry of Transport.
