Use on the territory of Vietnam, including all entry points (airports, border gates); eating places (restaurants, hotels, bars, ...); accommodation places (hotels , motels, inns); amusement parks, entertainment centers, convention centers; passenger carriers operating throughout the country. Travel declaration subjects: All domestic and international passengers, passengers entering from countries and territories around the world to Vietnam; facilities covered by the above. Application period: From 0:00 hours, March 15, 2020. How to apply the declaration on the website: https://tokhaiyte.vn according to the instructions, or the declaration on the smart mobile device (phone, tablet ...) via the Health Declaration app Calendar (Vietnam Health Declaration) is downloaded from App store (for iOS) and CH Play (for Android).
Procedure: For international visitors, mandatory health declarations electronically at entry points to receive a unique "QR code" code, using this QR code during the travel itinerary at Vietnam. Health quarantine staff at entry places: Check and request passengers to make the travel declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Government of Vietnam. When detecting passengers showing signs of COVID-19 disease suspicion, immediately apply the medical quarantine measures as prescribed.­­
