The treatment areas are under the direction and administration of the Board of Directors of the City Medical Center; use the seal and account of the City Medical Center to transact with related individuals and organizations.
The Director of the Department of Health decides to mobilize and appoint officias, civil servants and public employees of medical examination and treatment establishments to hold the positions of Director, Deputy Director, Heads and Deputy Heads of sections; approves the Regulation on organization and operation of the Covid-19 treatment area in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Health and relevant documents; supplements the scope of professional and technical activities for Di An City Medical Center in accordance with professional and technical requirements.
The Department of Health presides over and directs medical examination and treatment activities at Covid-19 treatment areas according to regulations of the Ministry of Health. The People's Committees of Di An and Thuan An cities are responsible for procuring and investing in appropriate facilities and equipment in accordance with current regulations so that the treatment areas can operate. Medical Centers of cities develop implementation plans, funding and submit them to the Chairman of the People's Committees of the cities for approval.
The Military Commands and the Police of the cities are responsible for ensuring logistics and maintaining security and order inside and outside the Treatment areas.
