Individuals and enterprise representatives who come to perform AP directly must have a confirmation of having received 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine or at least 1 dose after 14 days, or F0 has recovered from illness for less than 180 days and has completed the prescribed period of self-monitoring at home; at the same time must have a valid negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (within 72 hours).
Civil servants and officials who receive and return results are responsible for guiding the conditions for performing directly AP as prescribed in Section 2 of Official Dispatch no. 5146/UBND-HCC. At the same time, guiding the implementation of scanning QR codes at transaction counters (via PC-Covid) before performing AP.
Priority will be given to receiving when individuals and organizations register for an appointment to make transactions directly at the Zalo Portal of Binh Duong Public Administration or at http://motcua.binhduong.gov.vn:7777.
This notice replaces Notice no. 41/TB-HCC dated October 12, 2021 of the Provincial Public Administration Center on the implementation of AP in the new normal period at the Provincial Public Administration Center.
