Contestants are Vietnamese citizens living and working in Binh Duong province (members of the Contest Organizing Committee and the Secretariat are not allowed to participate in the contest).
The content of the contest includes regulations, policies and laws on start-up, business start-up, innovation; knowledge related to innovative start-ups. The contest is held in an online form on the web portal of Binh Duong Department of Science and Technology and a link to participate in the contest is placed on the website of the Binh Duong Youth Union. Contestants answer questions directly on computers or mobile devices with internet connection according to the pre-designed question set software in a maximum time of 10 minutes/1 test. The number of test times depends on each round.
It is expected to organize the contest rounds from October 25, 2021 to November 25, 2021 and announce the results and award prizes from December 10, 2021 to December 25, 2021.
Prize structure: The preliminary round has 34 individual prizes (01 First prize, worth 1,000,000 VND, 01 Second prize, worth 700,000 VND; 02 Third prizes, worth 400,000 VND; 30 Consolation prizes, worth 100,000 VND).
The semi-finals have 34 individual prizes (01 First Prize, worth 1,000,000 VND; 01 Second prize, worth 700,000 VND; 02 Third prizes, worth 400,000 VND; 30 Consolation prizes, worth 100,000 VND).
The final round has 09 collective prizes and more than 200 individual prizes. The collective prize includes 01 First Prize worth 8,000,000 VND; 01 Second prize worth 5,000,000 VND; 02 Third prizes worth 4,000,000 VND; 05 Consolation prizes, each prize worth 2,000,000 VND.
The Individual prizes (01 First prize worth 4,000,000 VND; 02 Second prizes, worth 2,000,000 VND; 05 Third prizes, worth 1,500,000 VND). The Consolation prizes, each prize worth 100,000 VND. The Organizing Committee will base on the number of entries to decide the appropriate number of prizes, but the maximum number of prizes must not exceed 200 consolation prizes.
