Reporting to the Vice State President, Mr. Tran Minh Van - Executive Director - Production of Vinamilk said that Vinamilk currently has nearly 10,000 labors working in member units at home and abroad. In 2020, the Company achieved revenue of over 59,000 billion VND; profit of over 13,000 billion VND; contributing to the state budget over 5,200 billion VND; contributing nearly 40 billion VND to the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control. Currently, Vinamilk has exported to 56 countries and territories around the world. In addition to business development, Vinamilk always accompanies with the governments of provinces and cities nationwide to implement social security activities. Typically, the Vietnam Rising Milk Fund awarded more than 37 million glasses of milk, equivalent to about 163 billion VND, helping more than 460,000 Vietnamese children in difficult circumstances to receive nutritional care. Particularly in 2020, the Fund awarded 1,694,880 glasses of milk to 18,832 children in difficult circumstances in 27 provinces and cities nationwide, etc.

In the work of taking care of the Ws&Ls' lives, Vinamilk always implements well the policy of salary and bonus for labors. On the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu 2021, the Company also has a plan to award 01-month salary for labors. For Ws&Ls in difficult circumstances, the Company deducts monthly support fund to encourage Ws&Ls to overcome difficulties in life.
On behalf of the leaders of Binh Duong province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Loc Ha gave a preliminary report on the socio-economic development and the work of taking care for the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu 2021 of the province. Accordingly, the province has arranged funding to visit, present gifts and support the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu 2021 about more than 220 billion VND. Supporting 13,250 Tet gifts for Ws&Ls away from home in difficult circumstances and supporting 1,447 gifts for Ws&Ls with the total amount of more than 700 million VND. In addition, the province also organizes Free Buses for union members and labors in difficult circumstances to go their home to welcome Tet, organize a New Year's Reunion program with activities such as presenting Tet gifts, awarding support fund to Ws&Ls in difficult circumstances, etc.
Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh highly appreciated the work of taking care of labors' lives in Binh Duong province and Vinamilk. In 2020, despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the leaders of Binh Duong province and enterprises still took good care of labors' lives, the province had many policies to support enterprises and labors impacted by the pandemic. The Vice State President also praised the creativity of the Labor Confederation of Binh Duong province in advising and organizing activities to take care of Tet for Ws&Ls during the past time. In order for this work to continue to achieve efficiency and quality, the Vice State President suggested that the Trade Union at all levels of Binh Duong province and Vinamilk pay more attention to taking care of the labors' lives, especially taking care of Tet for the Ws&Ls who stay in Binh Duong to welcome Tet and the Ws&Ls are still working in production during Tet holiday. On the occasion of the new year 2021, the Vice State President wished Binh Duong continue to be one of the leading localities in attracting investment and building Binh Duong province into a civilized and modern urban soon.
