Accordingly, implementing the Telegram dated January 05, 2021 of the Politburo Standing Committee on strengthening pandemic prevention and control, to protect well the health and lives of the people, ensuring to welcome the Lunar New Year of Tan Suu safely and happily, and Directive no. 01/CT-TTg dated January 05, 2021 of the Prime Minister on strengthening Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests Heads of departments, branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and unions to urgently organize the implementation appropriately, promptly and effectively.
In which, it is necessary to enhance information and communication on the risk of pandemic, recommend people to actively promote vigilance, limited crowded people, and limit the organization of festivals; wear masks in public places, sanctioning cases of not wearing masks as regulated; in case of organized events with crowded people, the requirements and instructions of the medical authority on pandemic prevention and control must be complied with. Actively detecting and notifying authorities of cases of illegal entry and violation of regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
Strengthening inspection, urging and rectifying the implementation of measures to prevent and control the pandemic in organizations, units, residential areas, and places at high risk such as supermarkets, markets, schools, hospitals, enterprises and factories.
Assigning the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Health and related units to continue closely managing the quarantine of people on entry, ensuring enough 14 days for concentrated quarantine and enough time for medical follow-up after centralized quarantine as prescribed; absolutely not spreading the pandemic in the quarantine area and from the quarantine area to the community.
The provincial Public security presides over and coordinates with relevant units to strengthen inspection, detection and handling of cases of illegal entry in the area; assigning tasks to the commune-level Pulic security forces to advise the party executive committees and local authorities to launch an extensive mass movement at the grassroots level, mobilize each citizen, each family, residential group, residential area to actively detect and report cases of illegal entry to handle according to regulations.
Proposing the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and unions to strengthen coordination and propaganda for the people to actively participate in responding to pandemic prevention measures; promptly report to authorities about suspected cases of illegal entry to avoid quarantine; at the same time, actively and effectively supervise units and organizations in the implementation of this task.
Assigning the Department of Health (the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for the Covid-19 Prevention and Control) to monitor, urge units to strictly implement these directives; promptly report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with regulations.
