At the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Loc Ha announced the situation of socio-economy, national defense and security in 2020. Accordingly, in 2020, there were big changes in the international and domestic situation due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, however, with the focus of drastic direction and leadership of the party executive committees and authorities at all levels and the high determination of the political system, the enterprise community and all strata of the people, the province's socio-economy achieved many positive results, political security, social order and safety were maintained.
The gross regional domestic product (GRDP) was estimated to increase 6.91%, per capita income reached VND 150.1 million; foreign investment attraction reached over USD 1.8 billion. The province mobilized VND 616 billion to care for poor households and policy families. The work of building and regulating the Party, building the political system achieved many positive results, clearly shown through the successful organization of the 11th Party Congress of Binh Duong province, 2020-2025 tenure.

Following the province's political duties, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels and its member organizations propagated, mobilized and gathered all strata of the people, consolidated, strengthened and promoted the strength of great national solidarity. Especially in the mobilization of all strata of people to participate in the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control; calls for resources to participate in timely support for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and the people in the Central region that were severely affected by the floods and storms. In 2020, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front at all levels in the province mobilized for the Fund for the Poor and the Social Security Program with over VND 504 billion.
The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and its member organizations actively participated in the preparation and organization of Party Congress at all levels; On the other hand, mobilized people to emulate in learning and working creatively, successfully implementing socio-economic development goals.
The conference agreed the consultation to replace and supplement 08 Members of the 9th provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Vo Van Minh praised the results achieved by the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations in 2020.
