Over the past 75 years, the Inspectorate branch of Binh Duong province has constantly promoted its tradition, always strives to overcome all difficulties to best complete its assigned tasks; making significant contributions to the construction and development process of Binh Duong province to become a dynamic industrial province in the Southern key economic region.
The innovation of inspection method through thematic and unscheduled inspections, focusing on the contents and fields causing many frustrating mistakes in the public opinion, has brought positive results. In 2020, the whole branch has implemented 65 administrative inspections at 187 units, 597 specialized inspection for 6,374 organizations and individuals. Thereby, the branch has discovered and handled many mistakes, recovered and paid the State budget over VND 29.7 billion. The inspection work has met the requirements of state management; solved many complicated cases, contributing to stabilizing the situation of social order and safety. The settlement of complaints and denunciations are concentrated fiercely, raising the responsibility of the head, in which grassroots mediation is valued. The results of the petition settlement showed positive changes, reaching 98.09%, the organization of implementing the decision reached 94.72%.
In addition, the inspection of responsibility for anti-corruption has been effectively implemented by all levels and sectors in parallel with promoting propaganda, dissemination and education on anti-corruption associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Truc acknowledged and praised the efforts and achievements achieved by the entire Inspectorate branch of Binh Duong province. In the coming time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requires the Inspectorate branch to carry out inspection activities to ensure focus and key point, concentrating on areas likely to develop negative, corruption, and unscheduled inspection when detecting signs of law violation. Enhancing the responsibility of leaders of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees in receiving citizens, settling complaints and denunciations, striving to achieve the rate of over 85% for newly arising cases. Departments, branches and People's Committees at all levels synchronously and effectively implement measures to prevent, detect and handle corruption, and recover corrupt assets in accordance with the law. Improving the quality of operations, maintaining rules and disciplines, building a contingent of qualified, capable and reputable inspectors, on a par with their missions.
On this occasion, the Inspectorate of Binh Duong Province was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Government Inspector General for outstanding performance in 2019 and 2020.
