Enhance the implementation of measures to reduce traffic congestion, the Provincial Traffic Safety Board proposed the model of a rapid response team to overcome traffic incidents in districts, towns and cities with the mission under 04 mottos on the spot (command on the spot; forces on the spot; materials, vehicles on the spot and logistics on the spot) in order to support to quickly relocate damaged vehicles on the road with high risk of traffic congestion, support to provide emergency aid for people in traffic accidents, coordinate to protect the scene, regulate traffic when traffic accidents occur.

Delegates proposed and commented on some solutions to ensure traffic order and safety, overcome traffic congestion such as: Establishing a force to check and rearrange spontaneous markets in companies and businesses along the highway No. 13; flow distribution, prohibit stopping and parking on the My Phuoc - Tan Van route; install cameras at intersections; implement effective solutions in propaganda and advocacy to raise awareness of people in traffic and need to have reports to evaluate the effectiveness of propaganda models; plan to build the program of Traffic Editor on Binh Duong Radio and Television; regulate the time for container trucks circulating.

Delivering a speech at the meeting, The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao agreed with the proposal to build the model of a rapid response team to overcome traffic incidents. At the same time, it was requested that the Provincial Traffic Safety Board quickly mobilize forces according to the coordination mechanism to investigate and survey black spots on traffic safety and traffic jams on the roads. According to the report of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, in the first 10 months of 2020, the whole province had 1,103 traffic accidents on roads, railways, waterways that killed 226 people, injured 1,139 people, and damaged 2,020 vehicles. In which, 01 case of railway traffic accident, killed 01 person; 01 serious case of waterway traffic accidents, killed 01 person, damaged 01 car.
Compared to the same period in 2019, it is decreased by 142 cases (decreased by 11.4%); the number of deaths increased by 15 people (increase by 7.11%); 166 injured people (decrease by 122.72%). Although the number of cases and number of injured people has been reduced, the number of cases and deaths due to traffic accidents is still high; a particularly serious road traffic accident has occurred. A lot of law violations on road traffic safety and order occurred (67,595 cases).
