According to Mr. Le Phu Hoa - Director of Binh Duong Department of Foreign Affairs, Binh Duong's activities of foreign affair in recent years have brought practical results, contributing to enhancing the position and image of dynamic and creative Binh Duong, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. However, in addition to encouraging achievements, activities of foreign affair in Binh Duong as well as other provinces and cities in the region still have some limitations, not meeting the increasing demands and requirements of foreign affairs in new situation. The coordination of agencies, unions and localities in foreign affairs is not yet close.
