Accordingly, to ensure the provision of identification and authentication services for the application of SI information on mobile devices, the Public service portal of Vietnam Social Security and the National Public Service Portal with new services such as: Services for employers in the province providing the interconnection services of "Registering, adjusting the payment of compulsory SI, HI, UI and reporting on labor change situation" under the Labor Code; online payment service of "Paying compulsory SI, HI, UI, Labor accident - occupational disease insurance" on the National Public Service Portal for participating units; the Provincial People's Committee directs the provincial Social Security to coordinate with agencies, localities and employers and enterprises in propagating, disseminating, and guiding the registration to use public services on the National Public Service Portal and registering to use electronic transaction methods for individuals in the field of SI, HI and UI in order to raise awareness of rights, obligations and responsibilities when participating in electronic transactions.
At the same time, strengthening the propaganda, dissemination and guidance to employers, enterprises and employees for the registration of using public services on the National Public Service Portal and registration of using electronic transaction methods for individuals in the field of SI, HI and UI. Actively guiding the Social Security of districts, towns and cities to coordinate with specialized Divisions of district; the Fatherland Front and the unions of the district; employers in the province to implement propaganda, dissemination and guidance in the registration of using public services on the National Public Service Portal and registration of using electronic transaction method for individuals and promptly deploying new utilities, new online public services in the fields of SI, HI and UI in the province so that organizations and people can access modern administrative services.
