The meeting approved 04 Proposals and draft Resolutions: Provisions on the collection rate, regimes of collection, payment, management and use of security transaction registration fees and fees for providing information on secured transactions with land use right and land-attached assets in the province; provisions on the collection rate, regimes of collection, payment, management and use of appraisal fees for land use right certificate in the province; provisions on the support regime for those who directly participate in the settlement of criminal information, investigation, prosecution and adjudication of criminal cases in Binh Duong province.

In addition, there are also 05 reports asking for written comments: Results of the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's Resolution no. 21/NQ-HDND dated November 30, 2018 on the supervision results of the provincial People's Council on the state management of land in the province; results of implementing the promise and conclusion of question and answer Session between the two meetings of the Provincial People's Council on the results of implementing the legal policies on social security in the province in the period 2016 - 2020; results of implementing the Provincial People's Council's Resolution no. 19/NQ-HDND dated July 31, 2019 on monitoring results of the provincial People's Council on the implementation of the state administrative reform Plan for the period 2016-2020 in the province; results of resolving complaints, denunciations and petitions of citizens in 2020; situation and results of anti-corruption in 2020.
The delegates basically agreed with the drafts, particularly for the Proposal and draft Resolution on the List of works and projects subject to land acquisition and change of land use purpose for rice cultivation in the province in 2021, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment proposed to remove a number of works and projects that have been approved by the Provincial People's Council for more than three years but have not been implemented.

Speaking at the conclusion of the Meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc said that, with 04 Proposals and draft Resolutions, there are 03 drafts that are eligible for approval by the People's Council at the Meeting in late 2020. Particularly the Proposal and draft Resolution on the List of works and projects subject to land acquisition and change of land use purpose for rice cultivation in the province in 2021, to ensure the content as well as meet the requirements of public investment, requesting the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to review the list and quickly issue official explanations to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to build report to the Provincial People's Committee for the supplement and submit to the Provincial People's Council.
