Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Minh emphasized that the main source of the Party's strength is the close relationship with the people. During the leadership process, President Ho Chi Minh and our Party have always been deeply aware of the great role of people, constantly paying attention to build and strengthen close relationships with the people. The Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee suggested the Party Committee at all levels and the contingent of officials who is working on mass mobilization to focus on well performing the key tasks. In which, continuing to study and firmly grasp the views and ideology of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh on the work of mobilization, promote education propaganda and raise awareness of responsibility of the Party committees and authorities, the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations for the work of mass mobilisation. Mass mobilization work should be associated with the dissemination and propaganda to bring the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress into life; propagandize and educate the cadres, party members, workers and employees, uphold the spirit of serving the people, having sense of right attitude to the people, proactively formulate plans to welcome people and handle letters of complaints and denunciations, legitimate requests and aspirations of the people.
