In the meeting, participants listened to reports on the collection of comments from the Politburo, ministries, departments, central branches, the Party Congress at higher levels and all class of people on the draft documents which will be submitted in 11th Provincial Party Congress; report on receiving comments of the Politburo on the personnel project; commenting on the Congress Program; list of delegates and discussion group; list of Presidium, Secretariat, Board of investigation as a delegates, the vote counting committee; list of guest; plan of the Provincial Standing Party Committee to meet female delegates attending the Congress; plan for press conference; organize the 5-year socio-economic achievement exhibition (2015-2020).
According to the reports of the Sub-committees, up to now, the preparation for organization of the 11th Provincial Party Congress took place as proposed plan. The work of collecting comments on documents of the 11th Provincial Party Congress was conducted seriously and in accordance with regulations. A total of 1,331 comments contributed to the draft report; Most of the comments showed a high consensus with the assessment on implementation of the Resolution of the 10th Provincial Party Congress; Agree on goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2020-2025.
It is expected that the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025 will take place from October 13 to October 16, 2020, the official session will take place on October 14, 2020 with 350 elected and natural delegates attend. Before the Congress, the Provincial Standing Party Committee will hold a press conference on the congress organization on October 9, 2020; Meet more than 100 female delegates attending the Congress on October 13, 2020.
For the organization of the 05-year Socio-Economic Achievement Exhibition (2015-2020), the exhibition is expected to take place on October 13, 2020 with 90 exhibition booths of agencies and units.
At conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Nam highly appreciated the preparation for organization of the 11th Provincial Party Congress of agencies, units, and subcommittees of the Congress. At the same time, the Subcommittees need to review all drafts of documents presented at the Congress to ensure the consistency and accuracy, especially the draft Political Report, Review for the term 2015 - 2020 submitted to the congress. The decoration of meeting area must be harmonious, expressing the theme of congress. Develop the congress agenda to ensure that the time and contents of the meeting must be carried out in accordance with the process and regulations.
