Applying information technology in meetings through the province's online conference system to exchange work; increasing the application of online video conferencing solutions (Cisco Webex software, etc.) to the operational management of their own agencies and units when needed.
Simultaneously, deploying the installation of Bluezone app on mobile devices. Requiring all cadres, civil servants, officials, and employees with smartphones to install Bluezone; sending people to recognize the activities in and out of the headquarters, asking everyone coming to work to know, install and run the app. The provincial Youth Union, the provincial Women's Union, associations and unions launch a movement to install and support people to install Bluezone app.
Department of Health directs Hospitals, Medical centers, medical examination and treatment facilities to guide patients and their family members to install Bluezone app when going to medical examination and treatment.
Department of Education and Training, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs direct educational and vocational education institutions in the province to require students with smart mobile phones to install Bluezone app for themselves and for their relatives.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism guides restaurants, hotels, organizations, enterprises, accommodation business establishments, etc. in the area to disseminate and recommend customers install Bluezone when using the service or in/out the unit; suggesting units, media enterprises to advertise, support and propaganda for Bluezone app on advertising screens.
The Department of Transport directs transport units to disseminate and instruct the installation of Bluezone app for passengers at terminals, bus stations, yards, etc.
The Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Industrial Zones Management Board deploy and install Bluezone app to enterprises, industrial clusters, and business establishments, etc. for all employees in their units.
The Department of Information and Communication presides over and coordinates with Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio - Television Station, Provincial Portal, district and commune radio stations and other local medias to mobilize and guide people to install Bluezone app on their smart phones; direct telecom service providers (VNPT, Viettel, Mobifone, FPT, etc.) to display the notice of request to install Bluezone app; direct propaganda to the people through the grassroots radio system and repeat periodically.
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities implement and direct People's Committees of communes, wards, towns, union organizations, residential groups to propagate, advocate and guide households in the area under the management to install Bluezone app.
The Provincial Public Administration Center presides and coordinates with the One-stop Section at all levels to deploy printed propaganda images and electronic versions projected on advertising screens to guide the people to install Bluezone app when coming to implement administrative procedures.
