According to reports of departments, branches and Becamex IDC, up to now, the preparation for organizing the Horasis Asia Meeting (Horasis) and sideline events such as launching ceremony of World Trade Center Binh Duong New City, launching 1022 Hotline system of Binh Duong province, inaugurating the Center for Community Initiatives and Start-up Support, 15th International Asian Urbanization Conference (AUC) etc. were basically completed. The province has sent 900 invitations to the guests, including businesses, economic experts, leaders from Central, ministries, departments, localities and localities in the country, international organizations and diplomatic agencies. At the same time, the departments and agencies have coordinated to prepare the receptionist logistics such as transportation and accommodation for the delegates. Besides, the preparation of script, interpretation and speeches of provincial leaders were basically completed. For the security order of Horasis 2019, it is different from the previous year, the security is tightened and the security screening system is strengthened. Currently, the Security Order Subcommittee has approved the plan, mobilize forces and develop plans, to ensure absolute safety for the activities of Horasis 2019.
