Ambassador Le Quoc Hung, former Director of Ho Chi Minh Foreign Affairs Department, Former Consul General of Viet Nam in San Francisco, USA shared information about foreign affairs skills, protocol and communication skills to the participants.
Speaking in the opening the training class, Mr. Le Phu Hoa – Director of Binh Duong Foreign Affairs Department briefed the achievement of the provincial foreign activities, foreign direct investment situation as well as outstanding international events hold in Binh Duong province including series event of World Technopolis Association (WTA) 2018 and Binh Duong Economic Cooperation Forum (Horasis 2018), etc. The training class of updating foreign affairs knowledge for officials hold in 2 days (September 05th, and 06th, 2019).
