Addressing the meeting, Mr. Chinh acknowledged and highly appreciated Canh's contribution and devotion on local development. During his service, he proved a good cadre, contributing much to local Party and Government. Mr. Chinh wished Mr. Canh good health while expecting that Mr. Canh will continue to take part in activities in his residence after his retirement.
