​Mr. Edward Yau Tang-wah highly appreciated the remarkable development and the potential infrastructure of Viet Nam, particularly Binh Duong province. He said the visit is to help Hong Kong's enterprises to learn the infrastructure development of Binh Duong so as to boost the investment and cooperation between Hong Kong and Viet Nam in general and Binh Duong in particular.

At the reception, Tran Thanh Liem revealed that Binh Duong have actively improved the infrastructure in the IPs, furthered the tasks of public administration reform, created clear and transparent investment climax. In addition, the vocational system of the province has satisfied the need of working force for enterprises. So far, Binh Duong has over 30,000 FDI enterprises of 34,000 enterprises totally. Binh Duong has been ranked second in FDI attraction behind HCMC. The Deputy Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee expected that in the coming time, the province will speed up cooperation with enterprises from Hong Kong while affirming that local authorities, provincial departments and sectors will accompany with enterprises to solve their difficulties and to help them run their business effectively.​
