PORTAL - On the afternoon of January 23, at the Administrative Center of Binh Duong province, Mr. Vo Van Minh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) welcomed the Heads of Diplomatic Missions for the 2024-2027 term led by Mr. Mai Phan Dung - Ambassador, Head of the Permanent Representative Delegation of Viet Nam to the United Nations, World Trade Organization, and other international organizations in Geneva, Switzerland.
The chairman of the PPC emphasized that at present, Binh Duong is a member and reliable partner of the Horasis Asia Meeting, Intelligent Community Forum (ICF), and World Trade Center Association (WTCA). In the coming time, Binh Duong would like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Heads of Diplomatic Missions to support the province in combining, attending, and becoming an active member of international organizations to gain experience, cooperate with members, enhance international integration, promote the Binh Duong brand in particular, and Viet Nam in general with international friends and partners.
Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the PPC welcomed the Heads of Diplomatic Missions.
At the same time, he hoped they would be a bridge for Binh Duong province to enhance relationships with localities that signed friendly cooperation MOUs; support the province to promote cooperation of economy, trade, culture, and education, etc.; support it to organize, and participate in foreign affairs programs, activities, and seminars on promoting trade and investment abroad, and create favorable conditions for local authorities and businesses to have opportunities to cooperate with partners with strengths in different fields.

Mr. Mai Phan Dung respectfully thanked the Binh Duong Provincial Leaders for the welcome and appreciated the outstanding economic development of Binh Duong, especially in cooperation and promotion of foreign investment. He said that the Heads of Diplomatic Missions would actively introduce and promote the image of Viet Nam and Binh Duong province to businesses around the world and contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Binh Duong in particular and Viet Nam in general.
