Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Minh welcomed the Delegation of the Kingdom of Cambodia

PORTAL – On the morning of January 18, at the Binh Duong Provincial Administration Center, Mr. Vo Van Minh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) received and worked with the Delegation of the Kingdom of Cambodia led by Dr. Phan Phalla - Secretary of State and Secretary General of the Committee on Economic and Financial Policy (GS-CEFP), Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to visit and exchange experience on socio-economic development in Binh Duong.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh briefly introduced the socio-economic development situation and outstanding features in investment attraction and foreign relations of the province. He also gave an overview of the success of the Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), a joint venture between the Governments of Viet Nam and Singapore, emphasizing the important role of Becamex IDC Corporation in contributing to the overall development of Binh Duong province and the country.

Dr. Phan Phalla thanked Binh Duong province for the thoughtful and warm welcome. He thanked the provincial leaders for taking the delegation on a tour around the most modern industrial zones in the province. Through that, the delegation learned valuable experiences in planning, investment, and development of industrial zones in Binh Duong. The delegation felt very impressed with the success of VSIP and Binh Duong New City Center.

Dr. Phan Phalla would like to invite leaders of Binh Duong province and Becamex IDC Corporation to visit, connect, and explore the investment environment in Cambodia.
