Reforming administrative procedures must be associated with digital transformation and information technology application according to the "03 no criteria" (no paper documents, non-paper office, and non-cash payments). Moreover, 100% of administrative procedures are announced, fully disclosed, and on time; 100% of records and results of resolving administrative procedures at provincial, district, and commune levels, including vertical agencies, must be digitally signed, digitized and the digitized results returned to people and businesses in 2024.
Furthermore, Binh Duong continues to review and arrange the organizational apparatus of State administrative agencies at all levels and public service units in the direction of streamlining, reasonable structure, effective and efficient operation, and suitable to the characteristics, situation, and practical conditions of the province.
