PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee (PPC) issued a Decision on the publication of revised administrative procedures in the field of Foreign Labor Management under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Accordingly, there are 03 revised administrative procedures in the field of Foreign Labor Management under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in Decision No. 981/QD-UBND dated April 27, 2022, of the Chairman of the PPC on Announcing standardized administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; District People's Committee; Commune-level People's Committee; and other agencies in Binh Duong province.
Specifically, those are Procedures for registering directly signed labor contracts; Support procedures for workers who are ethnic minorities, people from poor households, near-poor households, and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution working abroad under contract; and Support procedures for workers whose agricultural land is recovered and go to work abroad under contract.
