At schools, it is necessary to research and incorporate digital technology into the curriculum, starting from high school to university; build for the young generation how to build information online, protect privacy and network security. Schools need to provide practical experiences, extracurricular participation, and internships for students, coordinate with industrial parks and enterprises for intern students, and encourage students to carry out projects with enterprises.
